The Holland Clinic’s range of Food Protocols are designed to positively support our gut microbiome and significantly reduce inflammation: in the gastrointestinal tract and in turn, throughout all parts of the body.
They specify the type and quantity of foods to eat and the frequency at which to consume them.
Instead of developing a one size fits all guide, at The Holland Clinic we understand that everyone is different. Each of us have different health concerns, different lifestyles, different goals, as well as different reactions to foods. This is why we have developed three versions of our guide to eating: a Wellness Food Protocol, a Treatment Food Protocol, and the Heal, Seal & Repair Program.
The gut is the gateway to optimal health and wellbeing.
The health of our gut impacts every part of our body, including our brain and our mood.
We therefore need to be aware of the food we put into it.
The Holland Clinic’s Treatment Food Protocol is designed to positively support your gut microbiome and significantly reduce inflammation: in the gastrointestinal tract and in turn, throughout all parts of the body.
The Treatment Food Protocol is a comprehensive guide to eating, specifying the type and quantity of foods to eat and the frequency at which to consume them.
The aim of the Treatment Food Protocol is to identify trigger foods that cause gastrointestinal issues and a range of health concerns, thus forming an individual list of “safe” foods for you to consume.
It is a very personalised process, reflecting the fact that each of us respond differently to food.
We recommend following the Treatment Food Protocol if you suffer from any mild to moderate gut problems or health concerns.
The protocol will provide a fast and effective way to increase your vitality and improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Please note, if your symptoms are severe or you have experienced them over a long period of time, we encourage you to opt for the Heal, Seal, Repair Program.
Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to access the downloadable PDF document and associated training audios.
